Qu: Will you be providing tables?

Ans: No, you need to bring your own tables etc.

Qu: Will it be windy?

Ans: Wind breakers have been installed at the front and back of the building which dissipates the wind, but still allows for the beautiful views.  So even if it is a little breezy we will be well sheltered.

Qu: Is there power available?

Ans: Yes power is available but we do NOT provide extension leads.

Qu: Is wifi available?

Ans: Wifi is NOT available in the venue but there is typically a decent mobile signal with mainstream providers.

Qu: Is it cash only?

Ans: Payment methods can be whatever you choose.  Some people use cash, others take card payment using Square, or SumUp etc.

Qu: Can we park near our pitch?

Ans: There is no room to park your vehicle at your pitch as this is undercover, there is parking near the building though.

Qu: Is there somewhere for me to hang pictures?

Ans: There is only wall space for the corners, and the 5m x 3m pitches.  If you have a 4m x 4m or a 3m x 3m then these are in central aisles with no wall space.

Qu: Can we sell food and drink.

Ans: This needs to be discussed and agreed with us first.

Qu: Do we need to have public liability insurance?

Ans: Yes, this is a site requirement.  All traders need to have a valid certificate.  This must be shared with us prior to the event.

Qu: What time can we turn up so we can set our stand up.

Ans: Traders will be advised nearer the event date of what time to turn up.  The large number of traders means we will stagger set up times to avoid congestion and allow vehicles to be emptied as efficiently as possible.

Qu: Will you be helping unload/load the vehicles again?

Ans: Yes, we aim to have helping hands in the morning to assist with taking stuff from vehicles to your pitch slot.
